If we don’t have the requested item a notification e-mail will be sent to the address supplied to us. We enter a contract once items are
dispatched from our warehouse and will send confirm status of order.

During the processing of your order we must collect certain information, this information is used solely for the purpose of processing your order.

No card details are held by us, as this is dealt with by our online payment provider.

Please take time to consider and check the delivery address, it is important that it be correct and appropriate; if you are likely to be out during delivery, consider making alternative arrangements.

All payments to Chlorophile are handled securely by Shmart, who accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Switch, JCB, Euro card and Solo (and any other card agreed by them from time to time).

Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of the goods you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, Shmart will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.

We never collect any sensitive information about our customers and aim to keep our records accurate.

If you wish to know the information we hold, you can e-mail us at and we’ll let you know. We’re happy to amend or remove data on request.



It’s in our hands once your order has been placed.

We will confirm availability and other details via. E-mail when your order has been received.
Once payment has been processed and the product(s) dispatched we will send confirmation and a tracking number from the delivery service provider.

We enter a contract once available items have been dispatched from our warehouse. We promise to dispatch goods within 2 days of receiving your order,
please allow up to 7 days for delivery; we will notify you of any delays or other issues via e-mail.

Delivery should be prompt, but don’t hesitate to contact us if in need of an urgent delivery service and we’ll endeavor to provide the fastest service
reasonably possible.

You can use the tracking number supplied by the delivery service to track your order.
Please check your order thoroughly as soon as it is delivered,
we trust that your order will be fully satisfied but it’s up to you to notify us of any problems.




In the unfortunate event of the product(s) being less than satisfactory, you can use the closed form to arrange an exchange or return
Please retain the product undisturbed and return within 14 days of the recorded dispatch date to:

 You will need to pay for postage, but a refund will be arranged on confirmation of faults.

Please note the terms of exchange or return as follows:

-Tags and labels must be intact and in place
-No signs of wear to be evident on the product
-The enclosed exchange/returns form to be completed clearly
-Product(s) returned as received, in the original packaging

Refunds are payable only to the card used for purchase, please consider this if the product is a gift.
Refunds will be credited only to the cardholder originally used to make the purchase within 10 working days of confirming eligibility for a refund.

Exchanges can be made only for variations of the same product.
To exchange for a different product we advise you to return goods for a refund, placing a new order for the replacement product(s). 

Chlorophile do not encourage / accepts return of product sold during EOSS / Discount Sale / Seasonal Special Sales.
Discounted products are not subjected for return and refund but can be exchanged.
